IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION

You must complete 3 essential steps: (1) online registration, (2) upload a current physical evaluation to the online registration, and (3) submit the Athletics/Activity Participation fee of $150.00 for In-District students and $225 for Out-of-District students in order to be eligible to participate and/or try-out for PHS Athletics. In the case that there are tryouts for the selected sport, please pay by cash or check so there can be a quick refund in the case your student athlete does not participate for the Fall Season. You also have the option of paying online at www.mypaymentsplus.com
